Monday, December 19th, 2011As CSI Files previously reported, Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) is the spokesperson for the Beckstrand Cancer Foundation. The actress recently posted about her CSI: Miami costars Jonathan Togo (Ryan Wolfe), Omar Miller (Walter Simmons) and Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko) delivering a puppy to a young boy with leukemia. The dog was a Christmas present for the boy, whose family couldn’t afford any gifts after paying his medical bills. Final ‘Miami’ Ratings Show Dip In Viewers
Tuesday, December 13th, 2011The latest episode of CSI: Miami, “Crowned”, was pushed back 41 minutes for viewers in the Eastern and Central timezeones. The final ratings are now available, and the episode pulled in 10.16 million viewers on Sunday, December 11. This was down slightly from the previous episode, but the 18-49 demographic remained steady: “Crowned” earned a 2.1 rating/6 share.

AMC Picks Up ‘Miami’
Friday, December 9th, 2011The AMC network has acquired off-network rights to CSI: Miami. This includes non-exclusive rights to the first ten seasons of the crime drama, as well as exclusive rights to the eleventh and twelfth seasons if they are produced. AMC will be able to air the episodes between 4:00pm-6:00am. This acquisition increases the chances that Miami will be renewed for another season on CBS.

The crime drama pulled in 10.43 million viewers, which was up from the previous episode. In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Miami earned a 2.1 rating/5 share.
