Harnois Calls Bloody ‘CSI’ Crime Scenes ‘Fascinating But Disgusting’

1 min read

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is full of bloody crime scenes, which can be unpleasant for actress Elisabeth Harnois (Morgan Brody). “Blood doesn’t bother me but when you see it so specifically telling the story, the blood becomes a narrative,” she told the Belfast Telegraph, comparing it to a script. “It’s a very fascinating thing, but very disgusting at times and it gives us honest reactions.” Harnois also described CSI’s upcoming season thirteen finale as a “crazy” episode that includes “a fun storyline for Morgan.” You can find a video of one part of the interview embedded after the jump:

  1. Sorry to say this, but it is no longer the type of CSI like in the old days. Does anybody really care about what guy she is attracted to?? If I wanna watch a soap operatic detective show, I’ll watch that dreadful Without A Trace. This is coming from someone who does not care about new faces on the show. It is a forensic show, not The freaking Bachelor!

  2. I’m not a Riley Adams fan, but it’s stupidity like this that makes me wish Riley hadn’t left at all! At least she’s not getting pimped out to potential bachelors and Riley takes her job seriously. There is nothing wrong with people like me just because I don’t possess a fucking Indian marriage mentality (like some viewers and shipping addicts) on what television character should look good with who or who should date who. Aside from her daddy issues, if being the center of attraction homicide Barbie doll is all that the writers can drag on, while keeping regulars like Sara, Nick, and Brass in the background, either get this show cancelled or get rid of Harnois! There was a lot from Riley that I would’ve love to know, from being born into a family of shrinks and what makes her tick and reserved, like in that episode where the guy shot himself to death behind the closed courtroom. That could’ve been character development on Riley’s part!
