The sixteenth episode of NCIS’s thirteenth season, “Loose Cannons”, pulled in 17.37 million viewers at 8:00pm, earning a 2.4 rating/8 share in the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers (raised to 17.47 million when the final ratings were counted, with no change in the demo).
