‘Crowd Sourced’ Official Details, Plus What’s On This Week

Here is the cast list and official details for this Wednesday’s episode of CSI: Cyber, plus what’s on NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans and Criminal Minds. (NCIS: Los Angeles will not air this week.)

NCIS: LA isn’t on the schedule tonight. Instead, CBS is airing the NCAA Men’s Championship game between Duke and Wisconsin starting at 9:00pm ET.


NCIS will air “No Good Deed” on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

DiNozzo is partnered with his girlfriend ATF Special Agent Zoé Keates after evidence reveals that the murder weapon in an NCIS case was originally purchased for the controversial ATF sting operation “Operation Fast and Furious.” Also, Anthony DiNozzo Sr. returns to town for a special dinner to meet his son’s girlfriend.

While conducting an autopsy on a Petty Officer who is believed to have died from natural causes, an armed man enters the morgue and holds Wade, Sebastian and Danny hostage.

On Wednesday, Criminal Minds introduces the potential new spinoff with “Beyond Borders” at 9:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

When a family of four is abducted while on vacation in Barbados, the BAU is called to assist Unit Chief Jack Garrett (Sinise) and his International Unit on their investigation. Garrett and his unit, the FBI’s top division for handling cases involving Americans abroad, work jointly with Hotch and his team when they discover that this case matches one the BAU investigated last year in Florida.

And here’s the synopsis, followed by the official details:

The Cyber team must track down a bomber fixated on revealing the “truth” about society’s overreliance on technology.

Eriq La Salle directed the episode, which marks his first credit for Cyber; he previously helmed “Pot of Gold” during the sixth season of CSI: New York. “Crowd Sourced” was written by Co-Executive Producer Craig O’Neill, who also penned “CMND:\Crash” earlier in the season.

Shelley Robertson has previously appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (“Stalker”) and CSI: Miami (“Shootout”). Rane Jameson guest-starred in “Rush to Judgment” during the fifth season of CSI: NY, and Andrew Lawrence was in the season six episode “Epilogue”. The other actors are new to the franchise.


CSI: Crime Scene Investigation isn’t on the schedule this week, but CBS will air repeats of NCIS: LA (“Traitor”) and Criminal Minds (“Boxed In”) on Saturday from 8:00-10:00pm ET/PT.
