Take A Peek At Tonight’s ‘CSI’ & ‘Criminal Minds’

1 min read

Check out clips from this week’s episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Criminal Minds embedded after the jump, along with interview links, tweets and a question.

First, here’s a scene from tonight’s Criminal Minds, “Gatekeeper”, featuring Alex Blake (Jeanne Tripplehorn), Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) and Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson). (It can also be watched on CBS Press Express and SpoilerTV.)

Check out this Zap2It interview with Matthew Gray Gubler (Dr Spencer Reid), who directed the episode. Here’s an excerpt: I’ve been written in so heavily in the recent ones I’ve directed, it’s taught me how to be able to act and direct at the same time, which I never really had an aspiration to do. It was either one or the other, but I really love doing them simultaneously now, thanks to the sort of rigorous training I’ve been through.

And here’s another interview with Gubler, this time from TV Guide—check out an excerpt below:

This one is probably the most grounded of any of the ones I’ve directed. It’s a little more realistic. I was like, ‘Wow, there’s nothing insane in this episode!’ So I had to bring the insanity a little bit.

Finally, take a look at this tweet from AJ Cook (JJ Jareau) about “Gatekeeper”:

Here’s a clip from this week’s installment of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Under a Cloud”, featuring David Hodges (Wallace Langham) and Henry Andrews (Jon Wellner). (You can also watch it on CBS.com, CBS Press Express and SpoilerTV.)

Next, check out this question from MegaBuzz, relating to Greg Sanders’ (Eric Szmanda) storyline in tonight’s episode:

Anything good coming up on CSI? — Brandon

ADAM: Wednesday’s episode, which features an Innocence Project investigator reopening an old rape case, will put Greg in the spotlight — and not in a good way. “His work is called into question,” executive producer Don McGill says. “There are now allegations that Greg tampered with evidence.” Fortunately, Greg will have someone in his corner, at least in spirit. “Greg explains why he did what he did, and he talks about his mentor, Gil Grissom,” McGill says. “Grissom taught Greg Sanders how to be a CSI: how to walk into a crime scene, how to note every observation. And Greg says, ‘I was so afraid of making a mistake; I followed everything Grissom taught me to a T.'” No one’s going to argue with Grissom’s skills, right?

And here are a few tweets about the episode:
