‘CSI:NY’ Goes Up In Viewers & The Demo

1 min read

The latest episode of CSI: New York, “Civilized Lies”, shared the top spot on Friday, January 11. The crime drama pulled in 10.74 million viewers, which is up 1.5 million from the previous episode and marks the highest viewing numbers since March 2011. This was more than enough to put New York ahead of Shark Tank (6.84 million), the first half of a two-hour Dateline (4.85 million), Fringe (2.42 million), and a repeat of Arrow (0.89 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Tank won the timeslot with a 2.0 rating/6 share. CSI: NY came up short with 1.6/5, but this marks the crime drama’s highest score in the demo since April 2012. Dateline (1.2/3), Fringe (0.8/2) and Arrow (0.3/1) rounded out the hour.
