The franchise airs one new episode this week as CSI prepares to say goodbye to Catherine Willows. Official plot details and cast lists after the jump.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation airs Marg Helgenberger’s penultimate episode, “Ms Willows Regrets”, on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT:
When Willows works with the FBI again after a professional hit occurs at a law firm she recommended to her friend, the CSI team identifies shocking similarities at the crime scene.
Executive Producer Louis Milito directed six previous episodes of CSI, most recently “The List” during season eleven. Executive Story Editor Christopher Barbour and Executive Producer Don McGill wrote the teleplay based on a story by Barbour. Barbour has six previous credits, including “Freaks & Geeks” from earlier this season. McGill previously wrote two episodes, most recently season eleven’s “Cello and Goodbye”.

Archie Kao, Alex Carter and Jon Wellner are reprising established recurring roles. Grant Show, Matt Lauria, Titus Welliver and Annabeth Gish first appeared in “Zippered” last month. Anita Gillette is back as Catherine’s mother Lily, who was last seen in “The Case of the Cross-Dressing Carp” during season eight. Mark Aiken has guest-starred on CSI: New York (“Summer in the City”) and CSI: Miami (“Shock”). The other actors are new to the franchise.
On Friday, CSI: New York will air a repeat of the season eight premiere, “Indelible”, at 9:00pm ET/PT. The team investigated a robbery gone wrong while the city honored the tenth anniversary of 9/11.
CSI: Miami will re-air “Blown Away” from earlier this season on Sunday at 10:00pm ET/PT. Ryan and Walter faced the fury of Mother Nature when a tornado touched down while they were processing a crime scene.
“Ms Willows Regrets” and the repeats of “Indelible” and “Blown Away” begin airing January 18 on CBS.
