The franchise offers two new episodes this week, featuring a missing family and a dangerous quest to catch a rapist. Official plot details and cast lists can be found after the jump.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will not air on Wednesday. Instead, CBS will air the Grammy Nominations Concert live at 10:00pm ET.

On Friday, CSI: New York wraps up an ongoing storyline in “Means to an End” at 9:00pm ET/PT:

When an important witness turns up dead, Jo is caught up in the dangerous investigation of the suspected rapist who was freed on her watch in D.C.

Marshall Adams directed six previous episodes of New York, most recently last season’s “Scared Stiff”. “Means to an End” was penned by Executive Producer Zachary Reiter and Co-Executive Producer Christopher Silber. Reiter has 24 writing credits (including “Indelible”), and Silber has five (most recently “Officer Involved”).

The following guest stars will appear in the episode:

  • Jason Wiles as John Curtis
  • Jeffrey Nordling as Senator Kirk Matthews
  • Jenn Proske as Serena Matthews
  • Michael Weston as Frank Waters
  • Erica Piccininni as Amanda Tanner
  • Beau Garrett as Ali Rand

Jason Wiles, Jeffrey Nordling, Jenn Proske and Beau Garrett all appeared in the previous episode, “Crossroads”. Michael Weston was in the CSI episode “Kill Me If You Can” during the show’s ninth season.

CSI: Miami will air “Long Gone” on Sunday at 10:00pm ET/PT, and the team goes looking for potential victims:

When an entire family disappears into thin air, Horatio vows to find them, dead or alive.

This is the first directing credit for James Wilcox. Executive Producers Barry O’Brien and Marc Dube wrote the episode. O’Brien has 21 writing credits under his belt, and Dube has 31—the most recent credit for both men was the season ten premiere, “Countermeasures”.

The episode will feature the following guest stars:

  • Taylor Cole as Samantha Owens
  • Jay Karnes as Andrew Nolan
  • Blake Shields as Kurt Riggins
  • Luke Kleintank as Tom Granger
  • Cordelia Renolds as Olivia Nolan
  • Dylan Osean as Officer Paul Delarenzo

  • Zayne Emory as Bobby Nolan
  • Jonathan Banks as Oscar Duarte
  • Tom Hines as Louis

Jay Karnes appeared in two episodes of CSI, most recently season eleven’s “In a Dark, Dark House”. Blake Shields also guest-starred in two CSI episodes, including “Lover’s Lanes” during season ten. Jonathan Banks played Bobby Jensen in two CSI episodes, most recently season six’s “Kiss Kiss, Bye Bye”. Nico Cortez appeared in the CSI episode “Living Legend” during the show’s seventh season.
