Entertainment Weekly reports that Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) has inked a contract to stay with CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for the show’s eleventh season. The details of the deal are a secret, however, so it is not known whether Fox will be billed as a series regular or recurring guest star. The site also indicates that Paul Guilfoyle‘s future on the show is guaranteed—the actor that plays Jim Brass has signed a new contract to stay with CSI.
It was previously revealed that Fox would be back in some capacity for season eleven, so Guilfoyle is the last member of the cast whose return was left up in the air due to contract negotiations. Marg Helgenberger (Catherine Willows), George Eads (Nick Stokes) and Eric Szmanda (Greg Sanders) previously signed new deals with the series. Leading man Laurence Fishburne (Dr Ray Langston) will also be back for season eleven. The only character not set to return is Liz Vassey‘s Wendy Simms—as CSI Files previously reported, CBS opted not to pick up the actress’s contract for another year.
