The franchise wins viewers but loses the key demo.

On Monday, the repeat of CSI: Miami achieved a win in overall viewers against NBC's Medium, pulling in 10.38 million to Medium's 10.07 million. However, the NBC show took the top spot in the crucial 18-49 demographic with a 3.4 rating/9 share compared to Miami's 3.1/8.

A new episode of CSI: New York won in both overall viewers (11.67 million) and the 18-49 demo (3.3/9) on Wednesday, but its numbers were lukewarm. New York's main competition, Law and Order, pulled in 10.33 million viewers and 3.0/8 in the vital demo.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's repeat on Thursday pulled in 13.28 million viewers and was the most-watched show of the night. In the 18-49 demo, however, CSI was tied for second place with Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader at 3.3/9. Both shows came in behind Celebrity Apprentice in the demo (3.7/10), but Apprentice (8.87 million) came in third behind CSI and 5th Grader (10.8 million) in overall viewers.
