The episode featured guest appearances from <b>Pat Monahan<\/b> (from the rock band <b>Train<\/b>), <b>Kim Kardashian<\/b>, <b>Vanessa Minnillo<\/b> and <b>Lala Vazquez<\/b>. &#8220;Second Chances&#8221; pulled in 13.50 million viewers and a 3.1 rating\/9 share in the important 18-49 demographic.
