CBS filed a motion to have the case dismissed under a California free-speech law, but it was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/x-31678-LA-Courts-Examiner~y2009m12d2-Judge-OKs-Realtors\">denied<\/a> by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.
