Jancan claimed to be an ex-mistress of the <i>Miami<\/i> actor and said Cibrian would cheat on Rimes with other women. <i>Life &#038; Style<\/i> ran a story in October that suggested Cibrian and Jancan were dating behind Rimes&#8217; back.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt is now being <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc4.com\/content\/news\/Entertainment\/story\/Cibrian-sues-for-defamation\/KSOt3zfnCkiJBF20MNC7zQ.cspx\">reported<\/a> that Cibrian has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the magazine for defamation.
