The show has earned some criticism for choosing a non-disabled actor to play the role. &#8220;I think there&#8217;s a fear of litigation, that a person with disabilities might slow a production down, fear that viewers might be uncomfortable,&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/hostednews\/ap\/article\/ALeqM5iQAmC_O8Ec2pjgF9uSzZMTQLeH7gD9BSPO2O0\">said<\/a> <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> actor and disability rights activist <b>Robert David Hall<\/b> (Dr Al Robbins).
