As CSI Files previously reported<\/a>, the newest CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> game is called CSI: Deadly Intent<\/i>. Due in stores on October 20, Deadly Intent<\/i> is a step up from previous CSI<\/I> games. “For CSI: Deadly Intent<\/i>, I think we’ve done the best that we’ve ever done in immersing the player in an experience that’s like the television show,” explained producer Dave Felton<\/b>. Lead designer John Drake<\/b> added, “We’ve got more immersive environments, we’ve got more detailed characters and improved gameplay to really make solving crimes more fun.”<\/p>\n

\nDeadly Intent<\/i> features more realistic settings and characters. The new graphics let players get up close when collecting and processing evidence, and the lab looks like it came from the Las Vegas Crime Lab. The cast for the game is up to date for season nine, including Dr Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne<\/b>) and Riley Adams (Lauren Lee Smith<\/b>). The show’s actors recorded more lines for Deadly Intent<\/i>, allowing players to interact with the characters more than in previous games.<\/p>\n
