Last week, Marquez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2009\/09\/18\/liza-marquez-to-david-caruso-lawsuit-dismissal\/\">filed documents<\/a> in Los Angeles Superior Court to have the lawsuit dismissed.
