The cast of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> was on hand for the “CSI: The Experience” ribbon-cutting ceremony at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 12.<\/p>\n
\n“CSI: The Experience” started out as a travelling museum exhibit. The installation at the MGM Grand marks the first time the exhibit has found a permanent home. It is fitting that the attraction would be featured in the city that provides the setting for CSI<\/i>.<\/p>\n
\n“When I shot the pilot, I would have never guessed it would get this much attention and that there would be a museum exhibit that traveled the world,” CSI<\/i> actress Marg Helgenberger<\/font> (Catherine Willows) said. “But the thing I am most proud of about the show is the impact it has had on kids. It is very educational. Kids want a career in this.”<\/p>\n \n“CSI: The Experience” was customized for Las Vegas, and the goal is to keep the attraction in place for five years.
