Ferlito will play FBI Special Agent Garlan, a &#8220;by-the-book bureaucrat&#8221; who returns to New Orleans after a decade in Washington, DC. Described as &#8220;sexy, tough, [and] acerbic,&#8221; Garlan does things her own way.
