Here&#8217;s a description of his character, from the official <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbspressexpress.com\/cbs-entertainment\/shows\/ncis\/releases\/view?id=45501\" target=\"_blank\">press release<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Valderrama will play a once grounded NCIS field agent who accepted a deep cover assignment years ago and never resurfaced. Many agents don\u2019t know he\u2019s still on the job or that he\u2019s even alive.
