Created in 2013, the award honors an actor or actress whose career has made an &#8220;outstanding contribution&#8221; to the TV world. &#8220;Patricia is one of today&#8217;s most talented dramatic actresses, and it is an honor to present our prestigious award to an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2015\/02\/arquette-takes-home-an-oscar\/\" target=\"_blank\">Academy<\/a>, Emmy and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2015\/01\/csicyber-cast-shares-more-set-pics-videos-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Golden Globe Award<\/a> winning performer,&#8221; said festival CEO <b>Laurent Puons<\/b>.  &#8220;Patricia is a truly international actress and she will add star wattage to this milestone edition of the Monte-Carlo Television Festival.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\nNext Thursday, June 18, the festival will present the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvfestival.com\/newsftv\/news\/55\/Eurodata.html\" target=\"_blank\">International TV Audience Awards<\/a> during the 55th Golden Nymph Awards Ceremony. <I>NCIS<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2014\/06\/ncis-wins-international-tv-award-plus-more-from-monte-carlo\/\" target=\"_blank\">won<\/a> last year, and <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2014\/05\/csi-ncis-nominated-for-international-tv-award\/\" target=\"_blank\">taken home<\/a> the award five times (most <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2012\/06\/csi-is-the-most-watched-show-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\">recently<\/a> in 2012).
