As CSI Files previously reported<\/a>, this is part of “World CSI Day”, an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for “Largest Ever TV Drama Simulcast”. “Kitty” is the backdoor pilot for CSI: Cyber<\/i>, which debuts later that night.
