Here&#8217;s an excerpt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>The team is kind of shell-shocked. Vance lost his wife, Ziva is gone. Are we going to see the emotional ramifications of all these things through the entire season? Or is it back to basics?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nPeople have a job to do. There is a terrific scene coming up in Tuesday&#8217;s episode, where Gibbs says just that: &#8220;There\u2019s work to be done.&#8221; They&#8217;ll get back to the cases, of course, but the realities of what they&#8217;ve been dealing with will continue. That includes a really terrific Christmas episode that is coming up, where we will revisit everything that Vance has been dealing with in his personal life with his kids and figuring out how he is getting his life back on track after the loss of his wife. Those things are still present. Just as we always do, we will step away and handle whatever situation comes up.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nHere&#8217;s another interview with Glasberg, from <a href=\"http:\/\/tvline.com\/2013\/10\/08\/ncis-season-11-preview-tony-gibbs-react-to-ziva-leaving\/\">TV Line<\/a>, also describing how the show is moving on post-Ziva. Check out one question below:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>TVLINE | What else is coming up?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nYou\u2019ve got this [week&#8217;s] &#8220;Under the Radar&#8221; episode, which is kind of a &#8220;reset&#8221; for us. That&#8217;s where <b>Roma Maffia<\/b> (<i>Nip\/Tuck<\/i>) has this fun stint as a retiring agent who helps us out in the squad room. In the episode after that, <b>Muse Watson<\/b> comes back as Mike Franks, in a really emotional storyline for Gibbs. Those are all flashback scenes, and they&#8217;re really nicely done. <b>Lolita Davidovich<\/b> (<i>Blaze<\/i>) is also in that episode. After that, you&#8217;ve got Tony&#8217;s return to Baltimore, for some more insight into who he was \u2014 even before he became a detective.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvfanatic.com\/2013\/10\/ncis-spoilers-gary-glasberg-on-life-post-ziva-gibbs-journey-spin\/\">TV Fanatic<\/a> also spoke with Glasberg about Ziva&#8217;s exit and the planned New Orleans-based <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2013\/09\/take-a-peek-at-criminal-minds-plus-ncis-ncisla-spoilers\/\">spinoff<\/a>. Here&#8217;s an excerpt about tonight&#8217;s episode, &#8220;Under the Radar&#8221;:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>TVF: Talk to me about the family element that we see in this episode because I just thought there\u2019s such a great family vibe here. Did you feel like that was necessary for this episode?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\n<b>GG:<\/b> Yeah, I&#8217;m glad that you picked up on that because it&#8217;s a big part of what we were trying to do. We genuinely want people to understand that the NCIS family is still intact. These people are extremely close, and they work together around the clock and even though Ziva&#8217;s gone, they have to keep going. So, the idea was to really reinvest in who they are individually and how they interact with each other, and what their relationships are, and then in how they&#8217;re going to handle her absence as well.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nGlasberg and Harmon spoke to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvguide.com\/News\/Mark-Harmon-NCIS-Spinoff-1071762.aspx\">TV Guide<\/a> about the spinoff. The original plan was just for a two-part sweeps storyline, but it turned into something more. &#8220;And to Mr. Harmon&#8217;s credit, he looked at me and said, &#8216;That&#8217;s more than a sweeps episode.&#8217; I realized he might be right,&#8221; Glasberg said. &#8220;We&#8217;ll do our best to cast and write it well and create something fun and different.&#8221;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>\n<b><u><big>NCIS: LA<\/big><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nHere are two clips from &#8220;Omni&#8221;.
