As CSI Files previously <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2013\/08\/harper-the-audience-doesnt-know-if-im-the-bad-guy\/\">reported<\/a>, <b>Hill Harper<\/b> (<i>CSI: New York&#8217;<\/i>s Dr Sheldon Hawkes) has a major role on the series this season, and it has now been announced that former <I>CSI: Miami<\/i> actor <b>Jonathan Togo<\/b> (Ryan Wolfe) will join the <I>Covert<\/i> cast in a recurring role. (Spoilers ahead!)
