Mrs. Phillips may not be the only person connected to Phillips to appear&#8211;sources reveal that a baby may be somehow involved in the installment.\u00a0<strong>Tom Mularz<\/strong> wrote the episode with\u00a0<strong>Alec Smight<\/strong> attached as director.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of\u00a0<em>CSI<\/em>&#8216;s history, Phillips has evolved from a socially awkward assistant coroner who crushed on Sara Sidle (<strong>Jorja Fox<\/strong>) to a professional confident with his work.
