The crime drama pulled in 8.37 million viewers, which is down from the premiere, although this was enough to put <i>CSI: NY<\/i> ahead of <I>Shark Tank<\/i> (6.02 million), a repeat of <i>The Voice<\/i> (3.13 million), a repeat of <i>The X Factor<\/i> (3.05 million), and <i>America&#8217;s Next Top Model<\/i> (1.11 million).
