Official plot details and cast lists can be found after the jump.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><em>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/em>\u00a0starts out the week with a city-wide blackout during a kidnapping in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season12\/csi_unplugged.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;CSI Unplugged&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET\/PT:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When a blackout cripples the city, the CSIs must revert to old-school methods to solve the case of a missing child.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Jeffrey Hunt <\/strong>directed the episode,\u00a0which is his fifteenth credit for the series. His most recent credit is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/csi_down.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;CSI Down&#8221;<\/a> from earlier this season. Supervising Producer <strong>Gavin Harris<\/strong>\u00a0penned &#8220;CSI Unplugged,&#8221; and he previously wrote <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/brain_doe.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Brain Doe.&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following guest stars will appear in the episode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jon Wellner<\/strong> as Henry Andrews<\/li>\n<li><strong>Larisa Fraser<\/strong> as Shelby Buress<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aiden Lovekamp<\/strong> as Harper Riordan<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jeffrey Pierce<\/strong> as T.C. Powell last appeared in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/genetic_disorder.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Genetic Disorder&#8221;<\/a> from earlier this season. Jeremy Denzlinger was in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season8\/in_plane_sight.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;In Plane Sight&#8221;<\/a> from <em>CSI: Miami<\/em>&#8216;s eighth season. The others are new to the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>As CSI Files previously\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2011\/12\/cbs-alters-midseason-schedule-puts-csiny-on-6-week-hiatus\/\">reported<\/a>,\u00a0<em>CSI: New York<\/em>\u00a0is currently taking a six-week hiatus.
