Tentatively titled &#8220;Dead Ringer,&#8221; Cipes will appear as Phil, a twitchy, creepy, weird employee at a dog pound.<\/p>\n<p>Episode nine will also feature an appearance by <strong>Scott Anthony Leet<\/strong>. In an episode that definitely appears to be ripped from the headlines, Leet will play Rocco, one of three men recently released from prison. The episode focuses on &#8220;The Killer Trio,&#8221; who were convicted of killing a fourteen year old boy. Leet&#8217;s previous credits include <em>NCIS<\/em>, <em>Life On Mars<\/em>, and a guest spot during this year&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/man_up.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Man Up&#8221;<\/a> episode of <em>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/em>.
