CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> heads to Las Vegas to film scenes for the upcoming season 12 premiere, and Ausiello<\/b> provides information about two of CSI’<\/i>s female stars. (Spoilers after the jump!)<\/p>\n
\nTV Line reports<\/a> that Jorja Fox<\/b> (Sara Sidle) is committed to doing at least 15 episodes of CSI<\/i> during season 12. As for leading lady Marg Helgenberger<\/b> (Catherine Willows), TV Line revealed<\/a> that the actress will leave toward the end of the season, and she will get “quite the send-off.”<\/p>\n \nTo get things started on season 12, some of the CSI<\/i> cast members headed to Las Vegas, Nevada to film scenes on location. Helgenberger and Fox were joined by George Eads<\/b> (Nick Stokes) and newcomer Ted Danson<\/b> (who is replacing<\/a> Laurence Fishburne<\/b> [Dr Ray Langston]). The season premiere is called “73 Seconds”; it was written by Gavin Harris<\/b> (Cold Case<\/i>) and is being directed by Alec Smight<\/b> (“Cello and Goodbye”<\/a>). Locations used for the premiere include<\/a> the Golden Nugget casino-hotel and the Fremont Street Experience.
