Evan Dunsky<\/b> has 12 writing credits for the series, most recently “A Kiss Before Frying”<\/a> from earlier this season.<\/p>\n \nThe following guest stars will appear in the episode:<\/p>\n \nOn Friday, CSI: New York<\/i> introduces a man from Mac’s past in “Nothing For Something”<\/a> at 9:00pm ET\/PT:<\/p>\n The CSIs investigate a woman’s death as the work of a serial killer, and Mac reconnects with his first partner after an ex-con they put away begins stalking him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n \nDirector Eric Laneuville<\/b> helmed three previous episodes of New York<\/i>, most recently “To What End?”<\/a> from earlier this season. Louise Lombard is a former series regular who is returning as Sofia Curtis for the first time since the season eight premiere, “Dead Doll”<\/a>. Tracee Ellis Ross was introduced as Dr Langston’s ex-wife Gloria in “All That Cremains”<\/a> this season, and Dean Norris played Gloria’s new husband Phil. Bill Irwin is back as serial killer Nate Haskell, who was last seen in “Targets of Obsession”<\/a> earlier this year. Kate Blumberg also appeared in “Targets of Obsession” as Haskell’s fianc\u00e9e Vivian, and Amanda Wyss was in the episode as well. Raymond J. Barry was in the season three episode “The Accused Is Entitled”<\/a>. Shelli Bergh guest-starred in several previous episodes of CSI<\/i> (most recently “All In”<\/a>) and had a recurring role on CSI: Miami<\/i> (“Double Jeopardy”<\/a>). Bruce Davison was in the Miami<\/i> episode “Dead Air”<\/a> during the show’s fourth season. The other actors are new to the franchise.<\/p>\n\n
\nPeter Fonda starts a two-episode arc as Mac’s former partner William Hunt. Josh Randall was in the Miami<\/i> episode “After the Fall”<\/a> during season three. Troy Ruptash appeared in “Toe Tags”<\/a> during CSI’<\/i>s seventh season, and Ronnie Gene Blevins guest-starred in season nine’s “Hog Heaven”<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n
