Melinda Clarke<\/b> returns<\/a> to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> this week as Dr (Lady Heather) Kessler, and she will waste no time getting under the skin of several members of the team. (Spoilers after the jump!)<\/p>\n

\n“Unleashed”<\/a> marks Lady Heather’s first appearance since “Leave Out All The Rest”<\/a> during season nine. But will the character’s history with former leading man Gil Grissom (William Petersen<\/b>) cause problems with his wife, Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox<\/b>)? “You might feel a little<\/i> bit of cattiness,” Clarke told TV Line. Fox added, “I could never say that Sara likes<\/i> Lady Heather, but there’s a level of respect there.”<\/p>\n

\nHeather has no history with newcomer Dr Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne<\/b>), but she knows all about his ongoing battle with escaped serial killer Nate Haskell (Bill Irwin<\/b>). “She knows he’s struggling with this ‘warrior’ gene and sees that something in him is absolutely boiling underneath,” Clarke revealed. “So, Lady Heather offers her help, unsolicited—but he’s not very receiving of it.”
