The series pulled in 12.48 million viewers, which put it second behind <i>American Idol&#8217;<\/i>s 21.83 million for the 9:00pm hour. <i>Grey&#8217;s Anatomy<\/i> was third with 9.09 million viewers, followed by NBC&#8217;s combination of <i>The Office<\/i> (6.20 million) and <i>Parks and Recreation<\/i> (4.65 million), with <i>Nikita<\/i> (1.99 million) rounding out the hour. In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, <i>Idol<\/i> took the top spot with a 7.3 rating\/20 share.
