Temporarily airing in  the 10:00pm timeslot, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season7\/party_down.shtml\">&#8220;Party Down&#8221;<\/a> pulled in 9.34 million viewers, which was down slightly from the previous episode. Despite the dip in viewers, these numbers were enough to put <i>New York<\/i> ahead of the second hour of <i>Dateline<\/i> (9.25 million) and <i>A Barbara Walters Special: A Matter of Life and Death<\/i> (6.20 million).
