Official plot details and cast lists after the jump.<\/p>\n<p>\n<!--more--><i>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> starts things out on Thursday at 9:00pm ET\/PT with death imitating art in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/man_up.shtml\">&#8220;Man Up&#8221;<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The CSIs question the validity of an online picture depicting a murdered call girl until they find the same woman strangled to death in the dumpster that appears in the photo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nThe episode was directed by <b>Alec Smight<\/b>. Smight has 17 previous credits for the series, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season11\/house_of_hoarders.shtml\">&#8220;House of Hoarders&#8221;<\/a> earlier this season. <b>Michael F.X. Kevin Weisman previously appeared on <I>CSI: New York<\/i> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season5\/the_box.shtml\">&#8220;The Box&#8221;<\/a>) and <i>CSI: Miami<\/i> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season8\/meltdown.shtml\">&#8220;Meltdown&#8221;<\/a>). Jonathan Chase was in the <I>New York<\/i> episode <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season6\/it_happened_to_me.shtml\">&#8220;It Happened To Me&#8221;<\/a> last season. Blake Gibbons played different characters in two <i>Miami<\/i> episodes: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season4\/dead_air.shtml\">&#8220;Dead Air&#8221;<\/a> during the show&#8217;s fourth season, and season eight&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season8\/backfire.shtml\">&#8220;Backfire&#8221;<\/a>. The other actors are new to the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s no laughing matter when <I>CSI: New York<\/i> airs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season7\/to_what_end.shtml\">&#8220;To What End?&#8221;<\/a> on Friday at 9:00pm ET\/PT:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When a man in full clown costume shoots a bakery owner, the CSIs investigate and discover a decision from Flack&#8217;s past that may put him in jeopardy. David James Elliott (&#8216;JAG&#8217;) guest stars as FBI Agent Russ Josephson, Jo&#8217;s ex-husband.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<b>Eric Laneuville<\/b> directed two previous episodes, most recently <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season7\/unfriendly_chat.shtml\">&#8220;Unfriendly Chat&#8221;<\/a> earlier this season. Executive producer <b>Pam Veasey<\/b> co-wrote &#8220;To What End?&#8221; with co-executive producer <b>Zachary Reiter<\/b>. Veasey has 32 writing credits for the series, including the season seven premiere <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season7\/34th_floor.shtml\">&#8220;The 34th Floor&#8221;<\/a>. JD Pardo was in the <I>Miami<\/i> episode <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season4\/silencer.shtml\">&#8220;Silencer&#8221;<\/a> during the show&#8217;s fourth season, and Chris Warren Gilbert appeared in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season8\/delko_for_the_defense.shtml\">&#8220;Delko for the Defense&#8221;<\/a> during season eight.<\/p>\n<p>\n<i>CSI: Miami<\/i> will air in its temporary 8:00pm ET\/PT timeslot on Sunday, and the team is forced to deal with a lack of evidence in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season9\/f_t_f.shtml\">&#8220;F-T-F&#8221;<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When a fire hydrant washes away all of the evidence at a crime scene, the CSIs must recreate a very bizarre double murder.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nActor <b>David Arquette<\/b> directed the episode, which marks his first time working in the franchise. <b>Melissa Scrivner<\/b> wrote the episode based on a story by <b>K. David Bena<\/b>. Scrivner has four previous credits for the series, including this season&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/miami\/season9\/reality_kills.shtml\">&#8220;Reality Kills&#8221;<\/a>.
