CSI<\/i> creator Anthony Zuiker<\/b> is working to bring four new drama series to network TV.<\/p>\n
\nCSI Files previously reported that Zuiker and his production company Dare To Pass are developing three drama series for CBS: Desperado<\/i>, which centers<\/a> around cowboy-style justice in modern-day San Antonio, Texas; an offshoot<\/a> of Robert Ludlum’<\/b>s Jason Bourne<\/i> series called Treadstone<\/i>; and a bodyguard series based on the life of Kim-Maree Penn<\/b> called<\/a> Detail<\/i>. Zuiker is also developing a series for the CW network called Spirits<\/i>. The procedural drama is written by Jesse Alexander<\/b> (Lost<\/i>) and centers around three women who solve paranormal mysteries.<\/p>\n \nIn addition to these series, Zuiker has other projects in internal development: Cyber Crimes<\/i> was purchased by CBS<\/a> last season, but the series didn’t get picked up; Enigma<\/i> is a modern-day Sherlock Holmes series from British writer Ed Whitmore<\/b>; Rift<\/i> is a cop show with a time-travelling twist; and The Seekers<\/i> is a series with a CSI<\/I> vibe that is targeted toward younger viewers on a network such as Disney Channel, Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network. Zuiker is also working to adapt his Level 26<\/i> digi-novel series for cable.
