For the past 20 years, CSI: Miami<\/i> actor Rex Linn<\/b> (Frank Tripp) rented a home with less than 1,000 square feet of living space. After getting engaged to Renee DeRese<\/b> in June, the actor decided it was time to buy a house. He and his fianc\u00e9e will now share a 3,355-square-foot home in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles, California with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and plenty of amenities. They will enjoy a solar-heated swimming pool, a backyard cabana bar and a fire pit. Friends will get to share the space when Linn hosts parties during college football season.<\/p>\n
\nLinn is particularly excited about the kitchen in his new $1.4 million dollar home.
