CBS has chosen not to pick up <b>Eddie Cibrian<\/b>&#8216;s contract, meaning that Jesse Cardoza will not be returning to the Sunshine State in season nine.<\/p>\n<p>\nCibrian was one of several actors added to the <i>Miami<\/i> cast at the start of season eight in the wake of <b>Adam Rodriguez<\/b>&#8216;s (Eric Delko) departure from the show. Rodriguez appeared periodically throughout the season, and as CSI Files previously <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/content\/2010\/02\/rodriguez-there-was-something-missing\/\">reported<\/a>, the actor will be reinstated as a full time cast member in the fall.
