The team was pitted against former teammate Eric Delko when he served as an expert witness for the defense.<\/p>\n<p>\nOn Wednesday, <i>CSI: New York<\/i> will air this past season&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/newyork\/season6\/dead_reckoning.shtml\">&#8220;Dead Reckoning&#8221;<\/a> at 10:00pm ET\/PT. A woman claimed that she killed her husband over his infidelity, but DNA evidence contradicted her confession.<\/p>\n<p>\n<i>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation<\/i> rounds out the week on Thursday at 9:00pm ET\/PT with a repeat of season ten&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csifiles.com\/episodes\/csi\/season10\/ghost_town.shtml\">&#8220;Ghost Town&#8221;<\/a>.
