For the second week in a row, CBS will only be airing two new CSI episodes next week.

The CSI of which CBS will be showing a repeat is CSI: Miami, which was running one episode ahead of CSI: New York. In order to let CSI: NY catch up with Miami ahead of next week's crossover event, CBS will be rerunning last year's "Hell Night." In this episode, the wife of a famous Miami baseball player is brutally killed in her home and her philandering husband is charged with the crime. The jury on the case, as well as the accused and his defense, visits the house to examine the crime scene, but when the lights are dimmed, as they were when the victim was killed, and then turned back on, the ball player is found dead with a meat clever in his back and a note that says "guilty." Now, as Horatio and the team find that the husband's defense team tampered with the crime scene, they must examine the evidence to find the couple's killers.

On Wednesday at 10:00pm, you'll be able to watch the new New York episode "YoungBlood." Here's the network's official plot synopsis:

After a wealthy middle-aged man is shot at close range in an elevator just outside of his penthouse apartment, Mac and Det. Flack realize that a companion may have witnessed the murder. Their investigation leads Danny and Lindsay into the world of underage high school girls who disguise their age and revel in the Manhattan social scene in order to meet wealthy men. Meanwhile, Stella and Dr. Hawkes investigate the death of a seemingly well-off young man found in a Central Park lake who seems to have two identities.

"YoungBlood" was directed by Steven DePaul, who made his CSI debut with last year's Miami episode "Addiction." The episode was written by New York supervising producer Timothy J. Lea, who also wrote the first-season episode "Outside Man."

The following actors will be making a guest appearance on "YoungBlood:"

  • Robert Joy as Dr. Sid Hammerback
  • Jordan Bridges as Alex Weston
  • Skyler Stone as Ben Lowell
  • Ryan Carnes as Nigel Ballantyne
  • Christopher Cousins as Oscar Bowers
  • Kristen Renton as Melanie Dobson
  • Richard Gleason as Jason Kinsey
  • Christopher Grove as Brad Dobson
  • Julie Mond as Abby Kirhoffer
  • Ross McCall as Mike Adams
  • Holly Vallance as Lydia
  • Michelle Carr as Waitress
  • Greg D'Agostino as Uniformed Cop
  • Kristina Page as Young School Girl

Robert Joy and Greg D'Agostino will both be making their second appearance on CSI: New York with this episode, elevating them to the status of recurring actors. Two other actors have a previous CSI connection: Christopher Cousins, who played Cyrus Templeton last season in CSI: Miami's "Nothing To Lose," and Australian pop singer Holly Vallance, who appeared as Kay Coleman in "Addiction," the Miami episode helmed by "YoungBlood" director DePaul.

After last week's repeat, you'll be able to watch a new CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode again on Thursday at 9:00pm. Here's how CBS described "Secrets & Flies:"

The CSI team uncovers evidence in the investigation of a young mother's suicide that proves that the woman's newborn baby was not her biological child -- in fact, she was still technically a virgin at the time of her death. If the team discovers how the child was conceived, the answer may lead them to a killer. Meanwhile, Grissom is called into court to refute expert witness testimony from a suspected manipulator of evidence.

Director Terrence O'Hare got his start on the CSI franchise with last year's "4x4." Screenwriter Josh Berman is a CSI veteran, who this season already worked on "Bite Me." Another episode of his, last year's "Iced," was originally supposed to include the story about Gil Grissom being called to testify, and then also bore the title "Secrets & Flies."

Below is the list of "Secrets & Flies" guest stars:

  • Wallace Langham as Hodges
  • Archie Kao as Archie Johnson
  • Marc Vann as Conrad Ecklie
  • Gerald McCullouch as Bobby Dawson
  • Larry Sullivan as Officer Akers
  • Tina Lifford as Judge Witherspoon
  • James Patrick Stuart as Adam Matthews
  • Erik Jensen as Jeffrey Sinclair
  • Tony Amendola as Professor Rambar
  • Meredith Scott Lynn as Carol Allred
  • Ashleigh Sumner as Lana Adalian
  • Amy Sloan as Christina Adalian
  • Conor O'Farrell as UnderSheriff McKeen
  • Jeffrey Nordling as Mark Thayer
  • Laura James as Clerk
  • Tim Talman as Shop Manager
  • Tayler Sheridan as Evan Peters
  • William Allen Young as Duane McWane
  • Liz Vassey as Wendy Simms
  • Jon Wellner as Henry Andrews
  • Yvette Nipar as Rita Day
  • Caroline Goodall as Dr. Emily Ryan
  • Kristin Bauer as Kenli Johnson
  • Jenny O'Hara as Sandra Walkey

Wallace Langham, Archie Kao, Marc Vann, Gerald McCullough, Larry Sullivan, TIna Lifford, James Patrick Stuart, Erik Jensen, Meredith Scott Lynn, Conor O'Farrell and Hendry Andrews will all be playing previously established characters. Four other actors have made a previous appearance on CSI. Tony Amendola played a landlord in last year's season opener, "Viva Las Vegas;" while Taylor Sheridan was Joel Banks in the second-season CSI: New York episode "Supply & Demand." William Allen Young could be seen only last week in Miami's "Under Suspicion" as Judge Ratner, and finally Yvette Nipar played Lucy Raleigh in the third-season Miami episode "Killer Date."

As part of CBS's CrimeTime Saturday block, the network will be repeating two more CSI episodes this week. First up on Saturday at 8:00pm is the abovementioned "Killer Date," in which Horatio's life is changed forever when he learns important information about his deceased brother. Horatio must now figure out what to do with this information about his brother, Raymond, and whether or not to tell Yelina. Meanwhile, the team investigates when a woman is murdered at a crowded bar after she's approached by a female employee of a service that helps men pick-up women. Also, when Delko loses his badge after some reckless behavior and it's used in a crime, he must locate the badge before it's used again.

An hour later, CBS will be showing the fifth-season original CSI episode "Who Shot Sherlock?" In this episode, the CSIs investigate the murder of a Sherlock Holmes enthusiast in his perfectly re-created Victorian Era Baker Street study. While the initial evidence leads the team to believe this was a suicide, Grissom discovers a clue that indicates the death was indeed murder. Meanwhile, Nick and Warrick investigate the death of a car accident victim who went over an embankment in the desert.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
