This week finds all three CSI teams investigating some eerie crimes.

First, on Monday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: Miami gets spooky when Miami goes dark in "Sunblock":

Bizarre occurrences begin to plague the CSIs as they hunt down a serial killer who struck during a total eclipse of the sun.

This is Christine Moore's first turn in the director's chair for Miami. She has previously directed three episodes of CSI: New York, the latest being last week's "Down the Rabbit Hole". Corey Miller has penned eighteen episodes of Miami. He most recently wrote "Cyber-lebrity".

"Sunblock" features the following guest actors and actresses:

  • Boti Bliss as Maxine Valera
  • Johnny Whitworth as Jake Berkeley
  • Jessica Szohr as Samantha Barrish
  • Tyler Hoechlin as Shawn Hodges
  • David Lee as Nicholas Pike
  • Jay Haggis as Ronnie Temple
  • Fiona Loewi as Diana Long
  • Christopher Michael Rivera as Mario Montero
  • James Jordan as Clint Gilmore
  • Janelle Velasquez as Carla
  • Julianna Guill as Kelly
  • John Patrick Jordan as Frat Boy #1
  • Erik Valdez as Frat Boy #2

Boti Bliss, Johnny Whitworth and Jessica Szohr are reprising established recurring roles. Janelle Velasquez and Julianna Guill both appeared in "Darkroom" during season five, playing the same characters. James Jordan has previously appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in "Shooting Stars".

On Wednesday, CSI: New York brings an urban legend to life at 10:00pm EST in "Boo":

While the CSIs investigate a mass murder at the infamous Amityville Horror house, they encounter other creepy events.

Long-time horror director Joe Dante takes his first turn as a director for the CSI series. Executive producer Peter M. Lenkov has previously written ten episodes of New York including last week's "Down the Rabbit Hole". "Boo" is Daniele Nathanson's fourth episode of New York. Her previous writing credits include last season's "…Comes Around".

The following actors and actresses will be guest-starring in "Boo":

  • Robert Joy as Dr. Sid Hammerback
  • Bruce Dern as Vet
  • John Edward Lee as Newbie
  • Jeff Brockton as Dexter Nevins
  • Robert Picardo as Sheriff Benson
  • Anthony Molinari as Gil Duncan
  • Kehli O'Byrne as Amy Duncan
  • Cameron Sanders as Charley Duncan

  • Nana Hill as Josephine Delacroix
  • Seth Peterson as Henry Willens
  • Grace Dever as Elisha
  • Paul Anthony Scott as Dr Roger Burgess

Robert Joy is back as coroner Sid Hammerback. This is Anthony Molinari's first role in the CSI franchise, but he has previously appeared as a stunt double in two episodes of New York: "A Man a Mile" and "Bad Beat". Baadja-Lyne Odums has previously appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in the episode "Law of Gravity". Seth Peterson was also on CSI, in "Burn Out". Jeff Brockton has appeared on both CSI: Miami ("Deviant") and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation ("Boom").

Finally, on Thursday at 9:00pm EST, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation returns with an all new episode, "The Chick Chop Flick Shop":

Grissom and his team go behind the scenes at a horror adult film studio when one of their lead actresses is murdered on the set of her latest movies.

Richard J. Lewis has directed 37 previous episodes of CSI, his latest being this season's "A La Cart". Evan Dunsky has written two episodes of CSI including the episode that re-ran last week, "Ending Happy".

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
