CBS has released the promo for the new CSI episode "Unusual Suspects."

In this episode, a sister's stunning courtroom confession throws her brother's guilt into question. Blindsided, the CSIs must race to re-examine the case's evidence in order to determine which sibling is telling the truth, but begin to suspect that a more sinister scheme may be at work.

CBS THURSDAY

[A little girl's feet dangle from a bench. Her name is Hannah, and she's just confessed to a murder.]
[Text-over: '4'3'']
[Her fingers are inked and her fingerprints are taken.]
[Text-over: '65lbs']
[Now her confession is being taken.]
[Text-over: '12-years-old']
'Unusual Suspects' [Hannah takes her jacket off. Though she's young she looks wise beyond her years.]
[Text-over: 'Killer?']
[Nick is at a court room. He looks shocked by something he sees off-camera.]
[Hannah talks to the investigators.]
Hannah: "You don't think I could've done it."
[She stands in a room with an officer and puts on an orange prison suit.]
[Text-over: 'Can a child genius...']
[Sara, Catherine, Warrick, and Nick are gathered together.]
Nick: "She's a prodigy."
[Sara addresses them.]
Sara: "Which means she has the brains for murder."
[Catherine and Warrick take this in.]
[In a field, a man uncovers the body of a young woman. The scene is sealed by police tape.]
[Flashback: Hannah arrives at a dance, wearing a pink dress. Everyone there is much taller than her.]
[Text-over: 'Outwit CSI?']
'Unusual Suspects' [Grissom is in his office, pondering the case.]
[Nick and Ecklie walk through the halls.]
Nick: "This is just a mixed up kid trying to protect her older brother.]
[Hannah hugs a boy who's much taller than her, her brother. She looks up at him adoringly.]
[She finds Sara in the hallway, and leans in to whisper something in her ear.]
Hannah: "Listen..."
[Text-over: 'This whisper...']
[Hannah pulls back to appreciate Sara's reaction.]
[Text-over: 'Holds the answer.']
[Sara looks at Hannah, shocked.]
[The screen turns green.]
[Text-over: 'CSI: TV's most watched show. New episode Thursday 9/8c.']

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
