CBS has released the promo for the new New York episode "Live Or Let Die."

In this episode, Mac, Sheldon, Danny and Det. Flack's only witness is an unconscious helicopter pilot, but their initial clues lead the CSIs to suspect that the helicopter hijacking may have been an inside job. Meanwhile, the rape and murder of a restaurant hostess found in an alley shocks Stella and Lindsay when they discover that she anonymously engaged in phone sex with her patrons, leaving a suspect list a mile long.

[Close-up of a woman's lips as she talks into the phone seductively.]

Woman: "Your cat's in my garden." SHE SEDUCED MANY

[We hear a man's voice as he's interrogated.]

Man #1: "I got a telephone call.]

[Another men sits in front of Lindsay Monroe.]

Man #2: "I couldn't hang up the phone."

[Lindsay presses him.]

Lindsay: "She didn't tell you her name?"

[Yet another man is being interrogated.]

Man #3: "All she ever said was..."

[Flashback of the woman talking on the phone. Camera concentrates on her lips.]

Woman: "What would you like my name to be?

NONE OF THEM MET HER

[Man #3 is interrogated again.]

Man #3: "It was phone sex, and she was good at it."

[A fourth man comes forth.]

Man #4: "Yeah, it got sexual."

EXCEPT ONE

[The women on the phone is now lying on the pavement, dead. She's dressed provocatively.]

[The camera flashes on her body.]

[Her skirt is open.]

[Her thighs are ripped.]

[The camera zooms in on two holes decorating her pantyhose.]

[Stella talks to one of the guys.]

Stella: "Still don't know who she is, Charles?"

[Charles looks confused.]

[Lindsay shows him a picture.]

Lindsay: "This is how I first saw her, and I can't forget her."

[Flashback: the women on the phone is hit by an unseen assailant.]

[Flashback: she falls on the pavement.]

[Flashback: focus on her face. She looks like she's in pain.]

[Mac grabs a blonde man and presses him against the side of a building.]

[The young man fights back.]

[But Mac overpowers him.]

[Another man is being interrogated.]

Man: "This is crazy. It's totally crazy.]

[Mac turns around and gives him an unfriendly look.]

[Flashback: the woman on the phone is with a man in an alley. The man is running his hands through her thighs.]

[Flashback: The camera pans up and we see she's not fighting with him. In fact, she's responding to his kisses.]

[Flashback: They continue to kiss.]

[A man's voice is heard.]

Man: "I was obsessed with this mystery woman."

[Danny isn't impressed.]

Danny: "Sounds like an addiction."

[Another man faces Mac.]

Man: "You're desperate."

[Flack and Danny arrive at a scene. Their guns are drawn.]

[A black car speeds out of a parking garage.]

[A man is hanging of an industrial garbage bin.]

[Next we see him dangling from an emergency exit ladder.]

[Underneath, he throws a kick and hits Flack in the face.]

[But Flack grabs him and throws him down on the pavement.]

[A helicopter is flying through the air in the middle of the night when suddenly a man falls out of it.]

[Mac addresses someone.]

Mac: "Desperate enough to kill?"

[Close-up of the dead woman lying in the alley.]
