In her last (and final) e-mail to her fans, Emily Procter (Calleigh Duquesne) talked about the atmosphere on the set of CSI: Miami.

"Season 4 has been a lot of fun so far," the actress told her fans through her official website. "I think the nicest part of it has been that we all have gotten to know each other so well. Work this year has been really great. We're really enjoying each other."

Fans who joined Procter's fan page periodically got letters from the actress, but in her last letter she said her schedule won't allow her to continue. "I truly love being able to write to keep in contact, however, I realize I'm not as diligent at emailing as I had hoped. And since there's nothing as aggravating as an unanswered letter, I'm afraid I'm going to have to stop emailing and just concentrate on a regular monthly update and getting pictures to people in a more timely fashion. Please accept my limitations with my sincerest apologies."

The North Carolina native also talked about her latest movie, and how it aggravated her compassion for the devastation in the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. "Filming of Big Momma's House 2 was great. I enjoyed everybody I worked with, but I especially enjoyed spending so much time in New Orleans. Having gotten to live there over the summer, the hurricane made me so sad, but I guess that's true of all of us. New Orleans is such a special city."

Procter also talked recently to Cosmopolitan Magazine, about her new extracurricular activity, music. "I'm in an '80s cover band called White Lightning," she said. "I'm the lead singer. If I weren't in the band, it would kick ass. But I am in it, so it's just okay."

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
