Today, CBS released a video interview with Anthony Zuiker in which he discussed meeting and working with Quentin Tarantino.

In the interview, the CSI creator revealed that having Tarantino on the set of "Grave Danger" was an eye opener. "I think what Quentin Tarantino has done for me and the room, in terms of seeing things I haven't seen before, is a level of deep passion and deep clarity and the ability to take chances and really own what we've already earned, and push it one step further."

Zuiker met Tarantino back during his bellman days in Vegas after the director finished shooting Pulp Fiction. Years later, when the two met again, Tarantino revealed how much he loved CSI, and the producers took the opportunity to bring him on board. Zuiker revealed, working with Tarantino is radical. "What Quentin Tarantino allows you to do when he's in your presence is allows you to snap into a level of creative freedom unlike anybody else in the business," he revealed. "So we were able to sort of take a step back from ourselves and open up the writing."

But regardless of how big a fan of CSI Tarantino is, Zuiker remains one of the director's biggest fans, and considers "Grave Danger" CSI's biggest landmark. "We have movie starts on our show; they're all movie stars in every way shape or form," he said. "So to have a movie quality director who's won Oscars and pulls up these huge great films, do to this for the small screen, it's a real treat for everybody."

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
