CBS today released the promo video of next week's new Miami episode, "Fade Out."

Evidence shows that a series of murders at Miami's hottest clubs are linked to organized crime, but also leads Horatio and the team to a pair of Miami film students whose screenplay mirrors the details of the crimes. Now, the CSIs must track down anyone who had read their fictional script and wanted to turn it into a deadly reality. Meanwhile, Ryan's eyesight worsens and jeopardizes his future with the crime lab.

The promo can now be downloaded at CBS.com. For those of you with slower connections, here's a full transcript of the promo video:

MONDAY

[A red convertible races through the streets of Miami.]
[Text-over: 'Monday.']
[A rain of money descends upon a woman.]
[The same woman, now in the red convertible, looks gravely at her partner. They proceed to kiss hungrily.]
[The woman is now seen running away from something.]
[But suddenly the bridge in front of them begins to rise.]

EVERYTHING IN THIS SCRIPT

'Fade Out' [Close-up of a few words scribbled down on a piece of paper.]
[Horatio licks his finger, turns the page, and continues reading.]
[He looks down at the words curiously.]
Horatio: "Hm, kill club owner..."
[A few people sit around inside a club, sharing a few drinks.]
[Suddenly a man is found hanging by his neck from a bridge.]
[Flash: A man is beaten.]
[Horatio looks down at the body and then looks up at the bridge.]
[The man is lowered down and someone examines the wounds.]
Frank: "Shot through the eyes."
[The body, hanging from the bridge, is seen from a different angle. His eyes are bleeding]

IS COMING TRUE

[At the morgue, Alexx has the body on the table. She examines his eyes.]
[Close-up of a movie poster. The title of the movie is 'The Clubland Murders.']
[The script writers, a couple of kids, react to the news in front of Frank Tripp.]
Script writer 1: "Some dude died like our character?"
Script writer 2: "That's freaky."
[Flash: A man is seen running down by the docks.]
[Another man rushes into the lab, carrying the script in his hand.]
'Fade Out' [Horatio looks at him as he approaches.]
[The man addresses Horatio, worried.]
Man: "They don't even reveal who the killer is!"
[Horatio doesn't look threatened.]
Horatio: "That's my job."
[A pair of gloved hands close the trunk of a silver car.]
[Delko and Calleigh walk into a room, their guns drawn.]
Delko: "If anyone's in here, show yourself now."
[Someone is hiding behind a curtain, and watching them. Suddenly the person pulls the curtain back.]
[The person is just about to be revealed...]
[Delko and Calleigh are still looking around the room when a shot is fired. The screen goes blank.]

AND ONE CSI IS TAKEN OFF THE CASE

[Horatio stands in the middle of a hallway.]
'Fade Out' [Ryan, meanwhile, stands in a darkened locker room, touching his eye. Suddenly he punches the locker room in front of him.]
[He addresses Horatio.]
Ryan: "This woman, she came out of nowhere."
[Horatio looks doubtful.]
[Now filled with anger, Ryan proceeds to punch the locker room, harder than the last time.]
[He delivers punch after punch.]
[Outside the lab, Delko looks down, disappointed.]

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
