Hello World!

I survived the CSI season finale of 2005!

It's the shirt I've been wearing since "Grave Danger" aired (I wash it, I wash it). I'm gonna have to go ahead and extend my hand to Quentin Tarantino because the man? Knows how to give you goosebumps. I'll also have to extend him my therapy bill, seeing as I've been seeing ants everywhere I go. I've also developed an intense fear of country music, but hopefully that'll wane on its own (if it's absolutely beneficiary for my health).

Also, props to George Eads (Nick Stokes) and Gary Dourdan (Warrick Brown) for their superb acting. But I'm wondering if I missed the episode where they all go to Oz, because suddenly Ecklie has a heart? Where did that come from?

Now pray I survive the season finale of CSI: Miami. If they were able to bring Brother Caine back to life I'm assuming they'll figure out a way to jump-start my heart when it packs its bags and leaves me forever. Dear writers: bring Valera back and all (or almost all, pending your treatment of Delko tonight) will be forgiven. Love, the undersigned.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.

  • Tonight, CSI: Miami will close its 3rd season with "10-7". Here's a brief description of the episode:

"While investigating the murder of man hired to make dirty bombs that terrorists intend to set off in Miami, Horatio finds the bloody fingerprint of his brother, Raymond, who he believed to be dead. However, when Raymond's son is kidnapped, he emerges from deep undercover and the estranged brothers must work together to save the boy. Meanwhile, while processing a crime scene, an unknown assailant holds a gun to Calleigh's head and, after a deadly confrontation in her gun lab, she is left doubting that she can continue as a CSI."

  • CSI: New York will this week be pre-empted for the television movie Amber Frey: Witness for the Prosecution. But on Thursday night, CBS will air a rerun of the CSI episode "Snakes." In case you missed it the first time, here's a preview:

"When a dead baby rattlesnake is found in the throat of a decapitated female head, the CSIs are thrust into the dangerous world of narcocorrido, a Mexican music/lifestyle underworld that glamorizes violence and brutality. Meanwhile, a body is found in the front seat of a handicapped van in a casino parking structure where Sofia and Greg find evidence that the shooter may have been confined to a wheelchair."

In addition, Spike TV will be repeating CSI episodes at least twice daily for the rest of the week. A full listing of their upcoming episodes can be found here at SpikeTV.com.
