CBS today released the promo for the new CSI: Miami episode "Shattered."

In this last episode of November sweeps, the team is stunned when Delko is busted for purchasing marijuana. However, as the truth as to why becomes clearer, Horatio must fight to keep Delko at CSI. Meanwhile, after a suspected drug lord is gunned down in his home, evidence leads the CSIs to a dirty bounty hunter whose greed may have gotten in the way of bringing a criminal to justice.

MONDAY

[Horatio stands around a living room, looking away. There's a dead body on the floor, resting atop a puddle of blood.]

HEADS UP

CSI: Miami – Shattered [Horatio looks up.]
[A man suddenly falls through the apartment's skyline, and lands on top of the dead body.]
[Glass rains on the two bodies.]
[Calleigh and Alexx are at the crime scene.]
Calleigh: "So somebody really did fall through the skyline."
[Horatio pulls his gun out and aims it at the man who fell from the sky.]

EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT COULDN'T HAPPEN ON CSI: MIAMI

[A red convertible rushes through the streets.]
[Suddenly, the drivers side window breaks into a million pieces.]
[A man, looks like a gangbanger, slaps someone across the face.]
[A bullet is shot through a yellow wall, leaving a hole behind.]
[Two men are inside a boat as the machine flies through the water at great speed.]
[Back at the lab, Delko addresses Horatio.]
Delko: "What did he tell you?"
[Horatio lowers his head.]
[Alexx is shocked.]
Alexx: "Eric Delko, using drugs?"
CSI: Miami – Shattered [Delko is being escorted out of the lab.]
[A woman walks by and looks back at him.]
[He and the group of men behind him continue walking through the hallway.]

IS HAPPENING IN ONE MIND-BLOWING EPISODE

[Calleigh is trying to determine the trajectory of a bullet using dummies, lasers, and spray paint.]
[Tripp is with her, moving the laser pointer to a different direction.]
[Black screen.]
[Text-over: 'One.']
[Somebody slides their hand over broken glass.]
[Black screen.]
[Text-over: 'Mind-Blowing.']
[Delko is inside the elevator, he looks perturbed as the door slide close.]
[Black screen.]
[Text-over: 'Episode.']
[A swat officer is holding a gun and aiming it forward.]
[He and Delko rush into an apartment.]
[Back at the lab, Stetler finds Delko. Behind him stand two other men.]
[He addresses the CSI.]
[Stetler: "You're relieved of duty."
[Delko looks up at him.]
[Frank Tripp is on the field, addressing a woman.]
Tripp: "What about the scratches?"
CSI: Miami – Shattered [Flashback: A woman is running. She passes the red convertible from the before.]
[Flashback: The same woman is confronted by a man. He grabs her by the shirt and violently pushes her back.]
[The woman shows Trip the scratches around her lips.]
[Down in the ballistics lab, Calleigh addresses Jim.]
Calleigh: "I am taking back this lab."
[With her ear muffs on, she performs her first test shot since being back.]
[Back in the apartment, the guy who fell on the dead body wakes up and gasps.]
[Tripp is amused.]
Tripp: "Oh, my."

NEW CSI: MIAMI. CBS – MONDAY

[The Miami Skyline.]
[Text-over: 'CSI: Miami. New Episode, Monday 0/9c.']

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
