'Three Generations Are Enough' Promo - copyright CBS CBS recently uploaded the promo of "Three Generations Are Enough," next week's new CSI: New York instalment.

In the episode, panic erupts at the New York Mercantile Exchange when a briefcase is left behind with no owner. The briefcase’s contents are traced back to a stock broker who mysteriously disappeared after investigating another broker’s illegal trades. Meanwhile, Stella investigates the death of a pregnant counselor found next to the church where she worked.

CBS WEDNESDAY

[Mac turns away from Stella to look at something.]
[Text: 'Wednesday']
[The floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange.]
[A trader shouts orders across the floor.]
[A bulky security guard tries to make his way through the traders towards a briefcase on the floor.]
[The security guard intently questions a trader.]
Security Guard: "Is that yours?"

WHAT'S INSIDE THIS BRIEFCASE

[We ride in on the briefcase as people keep walking past it.]
[The security guard shouts in his walkie-talkie as we hear an alarm whoop.]
[Close-up of the briefcase.]
[The security guard shouts.]
Security Guard: "Out! Everybody, move!"
[The traders start running.]
[A stampede comes towards us.]

WILL SHUT DOWN WALL STREET

[Mac operates a joystick while he and a bomb squad lieutenant study a video screen.]
[A remote-controlled robot whirs across the now-empty floor towards the briefcase.]
[The robot scans the briefcase with a laser beam.]
[Close-up of Mac and the lieutenant.]
[Mac presses a button on his laptop...]
[... and the briefcase explodes.]

REVEAL A STRANGE DEATH

[She jumps off the roof of Riverside Church.]
[The woman flails her arms and contorts her face as she falls.]
[From the roof, we see the woman lying on the ground, her legs twisted in an unnatural angle.]
[Stella looks down at the woman.]
Stella: "Suicide isn't just a sin, it's a statement."
[Mac looks up.]

AND EXPOSE A MURDER SO TWISTED

[A struggle inside the church.]
[Hawkes looks up.]
[At a nighttime crime scene, investigators examine a car.]
[Flashback: A man sitting in the car gets acid thrown on him.]
[A camera flashes at the crime scene.]
[The man's hands, still clutching the steering wheel, are almost completely burned away.]
[Aiden points her flashlight at the car's license plate.]
Aiden: "The car is registered to our missing trader."
[The license plate: LXQ-2038.]
[Flashback: The man from the car, shouting orders on the Mercantile Exchange.]
[Mac shines his flashlight into the car.]
Mac: "At least, what's left of him."
[All holding flashlights, Danny, Aiden and Mac throw open a door.]
[The silhouettes of the CSI trio as they make their way in.]
[Two men fight.]
[One of the men goes down.]
[Close-up of Mac.]
[Glass shatters as a table is thrown through a window.]
[Close-up of someone picking up a piece of evidence.]
[A man screams madly as Mac and Stella try to constrain him.]
[Someone topples over in his or her wheelchair.]

IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND

[Inside the interrogation room, a rather unkempt man tries to understand the proceedings.]
[Stella gazes at the man.]
[Flack tries to get a read of him, too.]
[A moment of silence as the man looks at them, then...]
[He screams as he pushes away the table, throwing over Stella and Flack.]
[Stella and Flack fall over in their chairs, while the man is still shouting.]

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
