New episodes are on the horizon.

Leading the pack on Monday, September 22 at 10:00pm ET/PT, CSI: Miami will air the first episode of season seven, "Resurrection":

The CSI team will stop at nothing to find who shot Horatio Caine and the evidence leads them to some of the most dangerous people in Miami, including one of their own.

Julia Winston (Elizabeth Berkley) and Ron Saris (Kim Coates) are back for the premiere, as well as Horatio's son Kyle Harmon (Evan Ellingson). Sofia Milos returns as Yelina Salas. "Resurrection" was written by Barry O'Brien and directed by Joe Chappelle.

On Wednesday, September 24 at 10:00pm ET/PT, the fifth season of CSI: New York picks up where season four left off. "Veritas" finds the team searching for answers--and their leader:

In the aftermath of a bank heist gone bad, Mac wakes up in a submerged car with no memory of how he got there.

Coroner Sid Hammerback (Robert Joy) has been added to the list of series regulars for CSI: NY. Elias Koteas will return for the premiere to reprise his role as the mysterious bank robber. "Veritas" will introduce Samantha Flack (Kathleen Munroe), Detective Don Flack Jr's little sister. The premiere was written by executive producer Pam Veasey and directed by Rob Bailey.

The ninth season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation won't start until Thursday, October 9 at 9:00pm ET/PT. The Las Vegas crime lab must deal with violence against one of their own in "For Warrick":

The CSI team comes together after Warrick is shot in a Las Vegas alleyway.

Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) returns to CSI as a guest star in the premiere. Longtime cast member David Berman (David Phillips) has been bumped up to series regular for season nine. Executive producer Carol Mendelsohn wrote the story for this episode, and the teleplay was written by Allen MacDonald and Richard J. Lewis. Lewis also directed "For Warrick".

You can check out the official press releases for the season premieres of CSI: Miami, CSI: New York and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation at the Futon Critic.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
