CBS recently released the promo for tomorrow night's CSI: Miami outing.

Entitled "The Best Defense", the episode revolves around a double homicide in a popular Miami bar. John Heard reprises his role as Kenwall 'Duke' Duquesne in the sub-plot, which involves Duke seeking help from Calleigh.

[Horatio confronts Schecter.]

Horatio: "You're lying."

[Schecter is unperturbed.]

Schecter: "You don't have any proof."

WHILE ANOTHER TRIES TO HELP HER FATHER WIN HIS CASE

[Detective Hagen delivers some bad news to Calleigh.]

Hagen: "Your suspect changed his story."

[Calleigh is shocked.]

[Duke is angry with Calleigh.]

Duke: "Whose side are you on?"

[Calleigh shoots back.]

Calleigh: "I didn't realise evidence took sides."
