A 20-second trailer of the next CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode, "Ch-Ch-Changes", is now up for grabs at CBS's website.

According to The Futon Critic, "The CSI team investigates a transgender woman found brutally stabbed and mutilated. This leads the team into the fringe world of sex changes and transgenders in order to catch a killer." The episode is also the 100th episode of the show, and falls during the all-important sweeps season.

A transcript of the trailer follows:

[Sirens and police radios can be heard.]
[A flash reveals a dead woman in the front seat of a car at the scene.]

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
